Delivery Information

Click and Collect
If you would like to pick up your order from our store at 939 Whitehorse Road, Box Hill, please select ‘pick up in store’ at Checkout page. Once your order is packed, you will receive a confirmation email saying your order is ready for pick up during our business hours.

We may request verification upon collection by presenting your Photo ID and payment receipt for your ‘Pick up in store’ order.

Shipping and Pricing
Ange Pet Salon will endeavour to deliver all orders within 2 to 4 business for Melbourne Metro areas and will be up to 10 business days or more for Regional areas from the date of order confirmation. Orders will be dispatched using Australia Post or Fastway. The delivery times are indicative only and Ange Pet Salon will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. We currently deliver within Australian ONLY.

Orders under $100 – shipping fee will be $9.50 flat rate.

Orders over $100 – shipping fee will be FREE.

Please be aware that shipping fee may be different for bulky/heavy items.

Return and Refund

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you purchased. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by. We do not accept change of mind return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. Also it must be in the original packaging and with original receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as gift cards, raw food or sanitary goods.

Sale Items (If applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds (If applicable)
We will not refund or exchange any items that have been damaged or lost in transit. All returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchange (If applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, it may take time for your exchange item to reach you. We recommend using registered post so that your parcel is not lost in transit. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
