What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Examples of Personal Information we collect include: name and contact details (including residential, or business address, delivery address, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers); pet ownership details, shopping habits and preferences and details of products and services you have purchased from us; marketing preferences, including the type of marketing materials you wish to receive a the method of delivery (email, SMS or other); and if you are a candidate for employment, we may collect other information. This may include information relating to your employment history, working eligibility rights, suitability for the role you are applying for, and your referee details.
We collect personal information from you directly, when you visit our Ange Pet Salon Boutique locations or our Online Store. This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including direct from you during conversations with our team members (in person, by phone or electronically);when you communicate with us during special events or promotions; when you access and interact with our website www.angepetsalon.com.au, social media and publications, from other publicly available sources and from third parties; and when you make a purchase or complete purchase orders, registrations, requests or applications for our products, services or loyalty program (in person, by phone or electronically). We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties. If you apply for employment and complete forms applicable to the recruitment and selection process, we will collect your personal information through that process. We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing. Ange Pet Salon will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
